We're excited to announce the completion of our latest Design & Construct endeavour, a single-family residence at 79 Robert St, Bentleigh, meticulously crafted over a period of 44 weeks.

This two-story home, replete with five bedrooms including a guest room on the ground floor, epitomizes contemporary elegance and practical design. The external appearance of the house harmoniously blends brick and render on the lower level with lightweight render and cladding on the upper level.

Internally, the house is a testament to luxury, featuring full-height tiling in bathrooms, high-quality timber flooring, and elegant timber staircases. The kitchen, a focal point of the residence, comes equipped with top-end Fisher & Paykel appliances and is adorned with high-grade laminate, bespoke cabinetry, and exquisite stone benchtops.

In addition to the main structure, the project encompassed the construction of driveways and detailed landscaping, all rounded off with commercial-grade double-glazed windows.
