Over a period of 50 engaging weeks, we, at MJS Construction Group, have had the honour of breathing life into a standout residential development at 26 Cricklewood Ave, Frankston, Melbourne. This project, featuring four individual townhouses, epitomises our passion for delivering high-quality homes that combine superior construction with impeccable design.
Despite the town planning being adeptly handled by the client, we brought our expertise to the table through the production of comprehensive building permit drawings. Watching the blueprints evolve from mere drawings into tangible, high-quality structures has been an exciting journey for us.
Each townhouse within this development showcases an individualised layout, tailored to meet a variety of lifestyle needs. Townhouse 1 (TH1) is the largest, boasting four spacious bedrooms. Townhouses 2 and 3 (TH2 & TH3) offer a more compact yet equally luxurious design, featuring two bedrooms each. Finally, Townhouse 4 (TH4) strikes a balance with a three-bedroom layout, perfect for smaller families or professionals seeking a blend of comfort and style.
The external facade of the properties presents a modern aesthetic. The ground floor of each townhouse features a sleek render, establishing a strong and captivating street presence.
