The architectural design emphasises a modern aesthetic, with the external facade featuring a combination of brick and render on the ground floor, and lightweight render on the first floor, creating a visually appealing contrast. The interiors are equally impressive, with full-height tiling in wet areas, timber floors, and timber stairs adding warmth and elegance. The kitchens are finished with laminate cabinetry and stone benchtops, complemented by double glazed windows and Smeg appliances, ensuring a blend of style and efficiency.

Attention to detail is evident in the additional features of the homes, including driveways, mirrored wardrobe doors, and a generous use of space throughout.
