The quiet cul-de-sac of Darvall Court, Cheltenham welcomes its newest addition - a premium dual occupancy development by MJS Construction Group. This 44-week design and construct project delivered two luxurious four-bedroom residences at the end of the street, showcasing innovative design solutions that preserved an existing power pole while delivering significant cost savings to the client.

The contemporary façade combines Hebel cladding and render to the ground floor with lightweight cladding above.
