MJS Construction Group has transformed 27 Fairview Ave Cheltenham into an impressive dual occupancy showcase, completing the project in just 50 weeks.

This bespoke development features two distinct homes crafted specifically for brothers who desired neighboring residences with personalised designs. The exterior captures a refined coastal charm through a thoughtful combination of contemporary metal cladding and fresh white render.

Inside, visitors are greeted by sophisticated timber flooring that flows throughout the main living spaces and elegant open staircases that serve as an architectural centrepiece.

A standout design element in both homes is the innovative pop-up roof structure, which creates dramatic ceiling heights in the main living areas, enhancing the sense of space and natural light.
