In a span of 20 weeks, we seamlessly integrated our expertise into this Dual Occupancy venture, a foundation that was laid by another builder but saw its fruition under our watchful eye. It was the client's design of town planning and building permit drawings that served as our blueprint, ensuring we met their vision down to the finest detail. What emerged were two splendid homes, each encompassing 4 spacious bedrooms and a dedicated living area on the ground floor.

Externally, the residences are defined by a robust blend of brick and render on the ground floor, coupled with lightweight render and elegant cladding on the first. Within the homes, the nuances of luxury are evident – from the landscaping and driveways that greet you, to the full-height tiling in wet areas, warm timber flooring, and modern laminate kitchens.
