That's the recent journey we've embarked on at MJS Construction Group, culminating at 9 Lynette Ave Beaumaris, Melbourne. It's been exhilarating, turning this property into a dual occupancy gem, and we're eager to share the details with you!
At MJS, we take the lead, which is why we handled both the design and town planning for this dual occupancy initiative. The journey was complex and demanded detailed attention, but the realization of the final building permit drawings was a rewarding experience.
Each home in this development is a blend of luxury and functionality, featuring four exquisitely designed bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor. These spaces are tailored to encompass every aspect of family life.
From an architectural standpoint, these residences are modern marvels. The ground floor showcases a striking combination of face brickwork and render, creating a robust and elegant facade. The first floor complements this with a mix of lightweight cladding and renders, adding visual depth and intrigue.
