We are excited to present our most recent residential masterpiece, a dual occupancy development that epitomizes our commitment to excellence, innovative design, and sustainability.
Spanning 47 weeks, our meticulous management of the construction process ensured a seamless transformation from design to finished structure. The project began with an in-depth town planning phase, designed specifically for dual occupancy, followed by the creation of precise building permit drawings, all skillfully executed by our dedicated team.
Each residence in this development strikes a perfect balance between practicality and opulence. Both units offer four spacious bedrooms, including a master suite on each floor for convenience. The exterior design gracefully combines brick and render on the ground level, while the upper level features a modern lightweight render.
Additional elements have been thoughtfully included to enhance living quality. Driveways ensure easy access and ample parking, while the interiors boast full-height tiling in the wet areas for a luxurious feel. Timber floors and staircases add warmth and elegance, and the kitchens are a chef's dream, equipped with 2pac finishes, bespoke joinery, stone benchtops, and premium Smeg appliances.
Our focus on detail extends to the custom joinery throughout, optimizing both functionality and visual appeal. The double-glazed windows provide superb insulation and bathe the homes in natural light.
