573 Balcombe Road Black Rock, a notable residential addition completed by MJS Construction Group. This design and build project represents the second phase of developing a heritage-listed property, carefully integrating a new structure behind the original garage. The four-bedroom addition features an inverted living arrangement.

The ground floor houses three bedrooms and a shared bathroom, while the upper level contains an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, along with a well-appointed master suite and ensuite. High-quality finishes complement the existing building with hydronic heating, floor-to-ceiling tiles in wet areas, attractive marble in the kitchen and bathrooms and warm timber floors throughout.

The kitchen features vinyl-wrapped cabinetry with shaker panels, stone countertops, and top-tier Bosch appliances. The exterior combines rendered walls on the ground floor with lightweight cladding above. Energy-efficient double-glazed windows are installed throughout.
