From the outset, the client had an extensive wish list which demanded a well-considered layout without compromising space or flow. MJS prepared the building permit documentation and managed the project through construction, ensuring the design intent translated cleanly into a high-quality finished home. The residence spans approximately 28 squares and features four bedrooms including a guest suite with ensuite on the ground floor. Ground floor ceilings rise to three metres and 2.7 metres upstairs, creating a sense of volume and light throughout.

The ground floor includes an open-plan living zone with a fireplace, a dedicated theatre room, laundry and powder room, all arranged to support everyday family living and entertaining. The kitchen sits at the heart of the home and includes a walk-in pantry, laminate cabinetry, stone benchtops, and Smeg appliances. Timber flooring runs through the main living areas, complemented by timber stairs leading to the upper level. Upstairs, a retreat with a bar area adds another layer of functionality, ideal for relaxed family use.
