Completed in 49 weeks, the project transformed the site into two spacious four-bedroom residences designed for modern lifestyles in Melbourne’s Bayside region.

From the outset, MJS managed the entire process, including town planning design and building permit documentation. Handling both the design and construction phases allowed our team to maintain consistency throughout the project and ensure every element worked seamlessly from concept through to completion.

Each residence includes four bedrooms, with a guest suite and ensuite located on the ground floor. The layouts emphasise open-plan living and strong indoor–outdoor connections, with generous alfresco spaces overlooking large private backyards. A separate powder room on the ground floor adds practicality for everyday living and entertaining.

Ceilings rise to 2.7 metres on the ground floor, creating a sense of openness across the main living areas. Timber flooring runs throughout the ground level, complemented by timber staircases and integrated under-stair storage. Kitchens are designed for both functionality and style, featuring laminate cabinetry, stone benchtops, and Smeg appliances.

Brick and render form the base at ground level, while lightweight cladding and render define the upper storey, creating a balanced architectural composition.
