Scope:
At 31 Gwenda Ave, Moorabbin, stands a symbol of harmonious dual occupancy. Completing this project has been a journey, and as MJS Construction Group, we're proud to have played our part in turning this address into a residential marvel.
The meticulous construction phase spanned a total of 40 weeks. Though the initial design of town planning was the client's vision, the foundation was fortified by our expertise, with the building permit drawings exclusively crafted by our team at MJS. Each residence in this dual occupancy is a testament to thoughtful design, offering 4 spacious bedrooms, with the master elegantly positioned on the ground floor.
Externally, the facade combines the rugged charm of brick with the sophistication of render and cladding on the ground level. As one's gaze ascends to the first floor, the light-weight render complements the contemporary enseam cladding. Beyond the walls, we've infused life with aesthetically pleasing landscaping and driveways. Delving deeper into the interiors, Townhouse A radiates luxury with full height tiling in wet areas, the comfort of hydronic heating, and the sleek look of polished concrete floors. Conversely, Townhouse B basks in the rustic beauty of timber floors. Both residences feature timber stairs with a modern touch of glass balustrade, ergonomic laminate kitchens, exquisite stone benchtops, and the culinary delight of Miele 90cm Appliances.
