Scope:

At 18 Juniper Ave, Glen Waverley, a new edifice stands as a testament to MJS Construction Group's commitment to architectural brilliance. This isn’t just a structure but a vision brought to life, a journey of a thousand steps, all taken in 52 weeks.
Our team took on the exciting challenge of constructing a dual occupancy over a basement. Guided by our in-house expertise, both the design of town planning and the building permit drawings were handled by MJS. A walk through these residences reveals a meticulous design, with each unit boasting 4 bedrooms and an alluring master bedroom situated on the ground floor.
Delving deeper into the construction specifics, the basement shines with its sturdy blockwork and piling, setting a solid foundation for the rest of the home. As one moves upwards, they're greeted by lightweight render and cladding, seamlessly enveloping both the ground and first floors. The final project, however, is more than just brick and mortar. It's also about the perfectly laid timber floors, the gracefully ascending timber stairs, sophisticated 2Pac kitchens with stone benchtops, and the elegance of Miele appliances. Furthermore, our commitment to aesthetics is mirrored outside with immaculate landscaping, driveways, and full-height tiling accentuating selected wet area walls.
